Lubrication Engineers, Inc. (LE) is seeking a qualified entry level outside sales consultant to acquire and develop new customers, and to maintain and service existing customers in the industrial, agriculture, fleet, construction and manufacturing sectors through direct business-to-business (B2B) sales. LE is a recognized leader in the engineering, manufacturing and sale of premium lubricants. LE is also a provider of equipment lubricant reliability products.

The candidate must have college degree or equivalent industrial sales, outside sales or account management experience. Your education and experience references will be verified. This is a great opportunity for the right person to be a valued member of our company.

As an LE sales consultant you will be compensated with a base salary and uncapped commission structure, plus incentives/ bonuses, and benefits. Hard work translates into high pay.

As an entry level LE Sales Consultant you would be required to learn the LE product line and the lubrication industry. The first year would involve significant training, including attendance at New Rep Training Class, and ongoing training with LE Sales Managers. Additional training will take place at the LE Corporate Office located in Fort Worth, Texas, and at the LE Manufacturing Facility located in Wichita, Kansas.

Within the first 3 months of employment, LE would expect you to complete an online training course in Machinery Lubrication. Additionally, within the first 9 months of employment, LE would send you to training to prepare you for certification from the International Council of Machinery Lubrication (ICML), where you would be expected to pass the exam as a Level I Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I). Within the first 18 months of employment, LE would expect you to pass exams for ICML certification as a MLT II, Level I Machinery Lubrication Analyst (MLA II) and Level II MLA.

Along with obtaining these certifications, there will be the ongoing study of new products that are introduced from time to time, as well as any other internal training necessary as LE’s business grows.
